Solution 2: Delete Apps Data, Clear Cache and Force stop
Delete the Apps data, Clear cache and Force stop it. Do it with the App creating the problem of crashing or giving error message “App / launcher stopped unexpectedly”.
Solution 3: Stop the Apps running in the background
Force Stop the Applications running in the background, it will free up the RAM memory plus Processor processing. It is highly recommended  to open less apps in the Android, especially there is less RAM in the phone.
Solution 4: Use simple image Wallpaper instead of Live Wallpapers
Live wallpapers are animated wallpapers, which uses more RAM and CPU that the stationery wallpapers. So use simple image wallpaper, it will also increase phones battery life.
Solution 5: Remove the SIM card and USB charger from the Phone and change them
It might sound a bit odd, but its true. If the SIM card is damaged from inside (circuits could create problem) and the same goes with the USB wall adapter. If the USB Wall charger is giving out less or more than required voltage it would create the screen hanging or touch not working problem in the phones. So try to remove SIM card and Charger then see if the problem gets solved.
Solution 6: Check Battery Ampere
Make sure battery is in good condition and has strong ampere, so that it will not loose the charge easily.

How to unlock android phone, tablet after too many pattern attempts without factory hard reset
